By accessing, enrolling in, or using any services, programs, facilities, or digital platforms operated by KellyCorps LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

General Eligibility for Guardian Academy

Services are intended for lawful use by individuals who meet age and participation requirements and comply with all applicable laws.

Adult Participation

Most KellyCorps services are intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless otherwise stated.

Family Classes (Ages 5 and Up)

• Family classes are open to participants five (5) years of age and older
• A parent or legal guardian must register the minor and provide consent
• The guardian is responsible for the minor’s supervision, behavior, and compliance with all safety rules

Open Gym Access for Minors (Ages 13–17)

• Open gym access is permitted for minors thirteen (13) years of age and older
• A parent or legal guardian must be present on campus during participation
• KellyCorps LLC does not provide child supervision

Guardian Responsibility

By permitting a minor to participate, the parent or legal guardian:

• Accepts full responsibility for the minor’s conduct and safety
• Confirms the minor is physically and medically fit
• Agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf

KellyCorps LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke access if supervision or safety requirements are not met.

KellyCorps LLC’s Guardian Academy offers training, fitness, educational, and membership-based services, including digital content and in-person activities.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services
• Limit participation
• Update program offerings at any time

By enrolling in any service, you authorize KellyCorps LLC to charge the payment method on file.

• All fees are listed in U.S. dollars
• Memberships may be billed on a recurring or one-time basis
• Failed or reversed payments may result in suspended access

Prices may change with reasonable notice.

No Refunds

All memberships, digital products, training services, and access fees are non-refundable once access is granted, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A verified billing error occurred, or
• Access was not delivered due to a technical issue caused by KellyCorps LLC

Disputes & Chargebacks

Billing disputes must be submitted to admin@vegasguardians.com within seven (14) days of the charge. After 14 days, billing disputes will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and services.

Memberships may be canceled at any time.

• Cancellation prevents future billing
• Previously paid fees are not refunded
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period

KellyCorps LLC does not routinely sell physical goods.

If merchandise is offered:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

All website content, training materials, videos, branding, and digital assets are the exclusive property of KellyCorps LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

Users may not:

• Share accounts or access credentials
• Redistribute proprietary content
• Misrepresent identity or credentials
• Engage in unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

KellyCorps LLC does not sell or export controlled weapons, equipment, or regulated materials.

Services may be restricted based on jurisdiction. Users are responsible for lawful participation.

Participation in physical training, fitness, or tactical-related activities involves inherent risk.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks. KellyCorps LLC is not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Loss of income
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Emotional distress / PTSD claims

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KellyCorps LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your participation
• Other participants 
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of services or facilities

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Clark County, Nevada.
